Hosting an illuminate Experience

To help us prepare for delivering our illuminate experience – and to reduce a lot of back-and-forth communications – we have created a detailed hosting form that covers important details that we need to know, and things you can provide us to help make the challenge delivery as smooh as possible.

It can take about 15 minutes to complete this form due to everything it covers, including providing logos, bell times, evacuation plans, invoicing details, confirming key information and more – but once this is confirmed, we’re ready to race and on the same page!

Every student has their own laptop / tablet, and can use these.

Laptop and Computers can be booked for the Challenge (with notice in advance).

With specific guidance, we could allow students to use mobile phones for productive purposes (research, photos of work, etc.)

Setting Up Guest Wi-Fi Access (for Facilitators)(Required)

Guest access is really easy - we can set up it for facilitators when they arrive.

Guest access requires some paperwork to be completed in advance.

Guest access can be tricky - it would be better if facilitators can make other arrangements.

illuminate Education Australia has a range of platforms that we use to deliver our programs that we have tested and prepared for our purpose. We do understand that in schools, digital platforms have been adopted and widely used by students in schools, and illuminate Education Australia is happy to be flexible to enter your platforms if that is easier.
