How to get started
Four steps from here to bringing illuminate in your community.
These programs are run in partnership with universities, councils and community organisations – often at low or no cost to schools to enter. They have specific dates, specific locations and their own registration processes.
If your school is in or near these communities, these are the programs to register for first to have some of your students experience the illuminate Education Australia experience.
One | Express Interest
Register interest or find a partner program
Register a specific upcoming event above, or fill in the EOI form below. Most partner programs have direct registration links – but if you chat with us, we’ll make sure you get involved.
Two | Let’s Connect
We’ll chat, and find out how we can best help
No script or key messages. We talk about your school, your students, your calendar and what you are looking to achieve. We tell you what we think will work and what the cost will look like.
Three | Confirm it all
We confirm dates and send a quote
We’re keen to move forward and confirm dates, approximate student numbers, program format and location – and with this, share the flat fee we offer. Then we do the work in planning, coordinating and making everything come together.
Four | Deliver
We arrive. Your students do the rest.
Our team travels to your community, sets up and runs the full program with you. No preparation required from teachers or students. We arrive ready – even with materials!
What the fee covers
Everything needed to run the experience. Nothing held back – and nothing more.
illuminate prices its programs as close to delivery cost as possible. We are a verified social enterprise – and if anything is left over, the majority of any surplus goes back into the work, not to shareholders.
Pricing is based on the number of facilitators required to support the experience, not a per student fee. The more students involved, the better the value per head – and remember, our typical program size is approximately 140 students. Flights from Tasmania, venue hire and catering are additional – we can help coordinate these.
What is included in every illuminate experience:
- All planning and pre-program consultation with your school, including scheduling and curriculum mapping.
- Full on-site facilitation by qualified illuminate educators across every session and every day of the program.
- All student resources and workshop materials – printed, prepared and brought to your school by our team.
- Travel costs (outside of flights) for the illuminate team are already included in our costs. The only extra costs is flights from Tasmania, which we charge at what it costs us.
- Post-program impact data report showing pre- and post-evaluation confidence results for your cohort.
- Flat-fee quote – no hidden costs, no surprises. We tell you the full cost upfront before you commit to anything.
Express your interest
Tell us about your community and what you’re looking for.
We have capacity available in Term 3 and Term 4 2026 – and we’re already starting to plan for 2027 now. If you have a particular term, cohort or community context in mind, the earlier you reach out the better we can accommodate it.
This form goes directly to facilitation team – not a sales queue. We respond to every submission personally and promptly. To help us keep things moving;
- Tell us your preferred term and approximate student numbers
- Tell us which program interests you – or leave it open and we’ll suggest what fits
- Tell us what you’re trying to achieve – the more context the better the conversation
- If you’re a council, university or community organisation looking to run a program for your community, tell us that too
