I agree to illuminate Education Australia capturing images of my child/children during the illuminate Challenge for use in educating students, professional learning for staff, promoting the school and illuminate Education programs. I also agree to the publication (print, electronic and/or digital) of images and/or samples of my child’s work in a range of ways including, but not limited to, websites, social media, etc.

The personal information of your child is protected by law, including under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Personal information includes your name. I agree to allowing illuminate Education to collect my child/children’s personal information as it is contained on the work that students produce in the program.
illuminate Education Australia’s Privacy Policy contains more information about how we will manage your personal information, including how you can access your own personal information. The Privacy Policy also explains how you can lodge a complaint about a breach of the Privacy Policy, and how illuminate Education Australia will deal with that complaint. This can be found by visiting illuminate Education Australia’s website (www.illuminateeducation.com.au/privacy) or else requesting a copy from illuminate Education Australia in person.

As a parent or guardian, your support is crucial to your child's success in the illuminate education Australia program. We ask that you:
Encourage your child to persevere through challenges and support them in managing their time effectively, and discuss their progress and help them reflect on their experiences.
Share your own experiences and lessons learned to help them understand the importance of the skills they are developing.
Be patient and understanding as they navigate this sometimes challenging learning environment, and reinforce the importance of collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
